    The complete journey. A comprehensive head-to-toe reset designed to undo systemic tension and restore total-body harmony. To achieve a true state of deep relaxation, your body needs time; these 90 minutes are designed to be the best part of your day, leaving you feeling like you’ve dropped a few years off your "mileage."
  • Upper Body Focus | 60 min - €65 
    A targeted reset for a stiff back and heavy shoulders. In 60 minutes, we perform substantial work on the neck, traps, scapula, lower back, and pecs, wrapping up with a grounding head massage. A deep-release experience for those who carry the weight of the world on their shoulders.
  • Lower Body Relief | 60 min - €65 
    
If you are into running or cycling, or spend your day standing, your legs will love this. This hour is dedicated entirely to your feet, calves, hamstrings, quads, and glutes. In one focused session, your lower body gets more clinical attention than any standard therapy can offer.
  • The Office Stress Triangle | 35 min - €40 
    
Targeted relief for the "stress triangle"—the neck, shoulders, and upper back. Perfect for desk-induced tension and chronic headaches. FAQ and Expectations

At INTUNE, "more pressure" doesn’t always mean "more effective." My goal is to work with your nervous system, not against it. Too much pressure and you will start bracing, which is the opposite effect to relaxing.

Before we begin, we’ll discuss your preference—whether you’re looking for deep structural work or a lighter, restorative touch. During the session, I use a "feedback loop" to ensure the pressure is productive. We look for that "good hurt"—where you feel the release without your body tensing up or holding its breath. You are always in control of the depth and intensity of the therapy.

I don’t follow a rigid "modality" from start to finish. Instead, I pull from a diverse clinical toolkit, adapting my approach to what your body needs in the moment. Depending on your goals, a session may include:

Classic & Swedish Strokes: To effectively warm up the tissue and transition the nervous system into a restorative state.

Deep Tissue: Precision work to access and release the deeper layers of muscle tissue.

Fascial Release: Addressing the "armour" (connective tissue) that surrounds your muscles and scars to restore elasticity and improve mobility of tissues.

Trigger Point Therapy: Targeted compression for specific knots and referred pain patterns.

Thai Structural Stretching: Active and passive movements to immediately improve your range of motion.

Lymphatic Drainage: Used when the body needs help flushing metabolic waste or reducing localized swelling.

Decompression & Cupping: I use decompression movements and dynamic suction to "lift" the tissue and literally create space within tight, restricted muscle groups. My focus is on tissue glide and mobility; therefore, I avoid static cupping techniques that leave bruises or "cup marks."

When the body is injured, it creates a "protective suit" around the area—shutting down sensitivity, deactivating muscles, and building layers of dense tissue. This "armour" rarely resolves on its own; over time, it begins to pull on surrounding healthy tissue, causing restricted movement elsewhere in the body. Using specific myofascial techniques, we work to release these blockages and resolve the restrictive "ropes" of scar tissue, restoring your body’s natural elasticity and flow.

While you will feel a significant "unloading" of tension after your first session, chronic stiffness usually requires a short series of treatments to fully resolve.
- For maintenance: Once every 2-4 weeks is the gold standard for maintenance of your body and keeping your nervous system regulated. Tha’ts why we recommend INTUNE Membership to ensure that you are proactively taking care of your body and investing i the long-term benefits of a therapeutic massage.
- For acute pain/stiffness: We recommend 2–3 sessions spaced 4-5 days apart to "peel back the layers" of tension. Although in such cases it is very likely that I will recommend to see a medical doctor for a diagnosis.
It's always better to be ahead of the injuries.

We recommend waiting at least 4–6 hours (or until the following day) before a heavy training session. Because we are lengthening muscles and performing deep fascia work, your body needs time to "re-calibrate" to its new range of motion. Think of it as letting the "reset" settle in. Training immediately after can sometimes lead to minor strains because your muscles are in a state of deep relaxation.

For the Relaxing and Therapeutic Fusion sessions, you will be professionally draped with towels at all times, only exposing the area being worked on. Most clients choose to undress to their comfort level (typically keeping only underwear on). You can request a disposable underwear if you prefer. For the upper body massages you can keep your pants and socks on.

To ensure the most effective and comfortable experience, we recommend arriving freshly showered for your session.
