- The Conversation: We will always begin with a quiet conversation about how your body feels today, shaping the session to your immediate needs—never a rigid, automated routine.
- The Comforts: If you need a refreshing shower before we begin or right after your massage therapy, a clean towel and premium shower gel are always waiting for you.
- The Music: The music plays for you. If you prefer a different playlist or true silence, you can request it.
- The Ambiance: The lighting is tailored to rest your mind. If the light feels too bright for your eyes, just ask to dim it. No questions asked.
- The Climate: Your physical comfort is everything. Please never hesitate to ask to adjust the temperature or turn the air conditioning on or off so it feels just right for you.

- The Pauses: If you need a tissue, a sip of water, or a quiet moment to process a deep stretch—especially during Thai massage—we pause.
- The Breaks: If you need a bathroom break mid-session, please just ask. A fresh, clean bathrobe is always ready for you.
- The Dialogue: You can talk, share, or stay completely silent. There is zero social obligation here.
