Late arrival policy

Client should arrive 5 minutes before the appointment and wait for the designed time in the lobby.  

In case of a later arrival, the duration of the appointment will be shortened to respect the start time of the next appointment. The payment of the therapy is due in full as per the original schedule of the appointment.

Depending on the available time, the therapist will offer the best possible course of action, i.e. reduce the scope of the original therapy or or provide an alternative shorter therapy instead, i.e. 60 min instead of 90 min, or 45 min instead of 60.

Payments and Refunds policy

All services provided, must be paid in full before the client leaves the premises. 

No refunds are provided for any therapy session that was completed.

In case if a partial deposit is paid and service is cancelled - no deposit refund is provided.  However, if you wish to reschedule, please see the Cancellation and Rescheduling policy as some fees may apply in case of late notice.

In case of a membership agreement, a monthly fee paid in advance can not be refunded, but can be transferred to the next month or to another person,  in accordance with the membership agreement document. 

In case if therapy is terminated before completion for any reason, the client is charged in full, to be paid at the end of the session or before the next one.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation and rescheduling by client

When an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled shortly before the therapy, it makes it impossible for the therapist to find a replacement and it results in the loss of income. 

Keeping the appointments and being on time shows respect to the therapist and ensures that all clients get adequate and high quality service. 

We understand that plans may change, therefore we ask you to ensure that any changes are done before 2 days of the appointment to ensure that someone else could get your place.  If the appointment gets cancelled or rescheduled less than 2 days, it is very difficult to reschedule and if it is cancelled on the same day it is certainly lost. The following fees are applied:

Fee schedule for cancellations and rescheduling:

  • 48 hours before the appointment - no dues
  • 24 hours before the appointment - 25% of the service fees 
  • Same day as the appointment - 80% fees 
  • No show without warning or warning within less than 1 hour - full service fees

Force Majeure Clause 

In the event where the service has been cancelled or rescheduled due to an emergency, such as sudden illness or road accident or other force majeure circumstances that are preventing the client from attending the appointment, the Client must notify the therapist immediately and the fees may be waived at the discretion of the therapist. 

However, if a late cancellation/rescheduling situation arises more than once, the fees are applied as stated above.

Effecting the fees

In case cancellation/rescheduling fees are applied, the client will receive an invoice for payment by email. The invoice must be settled before the next therapy service is provided.

Cancellation by Therapist 

If a therapist can not perform the service due to an illness or an emergency, the appointments should be cancelled, the affected clients should be immediately notified and offered an opportunity to rebook as soon as the new schedule is available. Same is applicable for prepaid membership appointments.

Session Termination policy

Although it is very rare, it may happen. A therapy may be cancelled before the end, due to a variety of reasons.

1.1. The Therapist may stop the therapy due to: 

  • Medical emergency (i.e. Client suddenly doesn’t feel well)
  • Discovery that the Client has severe contraindications to massage
  • Poor hygiene (i.e. impossibly strong body odor).
  • Disrespectful communication, verbal or physical abuse, inappropriate or threatening behavior.
    In any of the above cases, the fees are due in full. If services have been prepaid, no refunds are offered. 

1.2. Client may request to stop the service: 

  • Sudden emergency circumstances (i.e. need to leave urgently)
  • Sudden health issue (client doesn’t feel well)
  • Any other reason.
    In any of the above cases, the fees are due in full. If services have been prepaid, no refunds are offered. 

1.2. Therapist may stop the service due to own reasons,

  • Sudden health issue
  • Emergency situation

    In case if at least 30 minutes is completed, the service is paid in proportion of the time provided. In case if less than 30 minutes provided, the service should be rescheduled for the future date with no payment.
