Had an incredible experience doing targeted lymphatic drainage massage after a procedure. Pavel is incredibly knowledgable and thorough. His massage technique is extremely efficient. Before starting the massage, he made sure to ask me questions regarding my procedure and general healing journey, in order to further personalise and tailor the massage experience to my personal goals and the results I wanted out to achieve.  After 6 sessions of massage with Pavel, I have seen incredible results not only in aiding with the healing progress post-procedure, but also in the general softness and sculpting of the targeted area. Pavlov listens carefully to your concerns and adjusts your massage session accordingly to meet your expectations.  He is knowledgable about which massage would suit your specific needs and his recommendation helps if you’re not sure about which massage to get. He asks whether the pressure is strong enough during your session and if you are comfortable etc.  He is very professional.

He has been flexible with scheduling and also is great at following up to ensure all is well. I had a consultation followed by 3 sessions. By the end of the first session I felt a big difference.

I had my first lymphatic massage with Pavel and I already can feel the benefits in my body. The session was long enough and tailored made to my body needs, not the regular 60 minute Swedish massage. Great athletic massage for triathletes/marathon runners
I currently live in the UK and was in Cyprus for a holiday and train for my upcoming marathons/triathlons. As I was returning home to run the Manchester Marathon, I wanted a sports massage a few days before my flight and the race. That’s when I visited Pavel at INTUNE. The experience was excellent from start to finish. Before the session, Pavel took the time to discuss my training, upcoming race, and the type of massage that would best support my preparation for marathon day. During the treatment, he explained everything he was doing and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The massage itself was fantastic and left me feeling well-prepared for the race. Pavel’s knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. I would highly recommend INTUNE to anyone looking for a high-quality sports massage. I will definitely be returning when I’m back in Cyprus for future holidays and training for upcoming triathlons /marathons.

I cannot recommend Pavel enough! I came in with severe shoulder pain that had been bothering me for a while.
