Service Details
We treat Thai massage as an adaptable, therapeutic bodywork session rather than a fixed, unchangeable routine:
Customized to Your Anatomy: We assess your joint range of motion and muscle tension first. Stretches are tailored to your unique flexibility and physical needs—never forced.
Mindful Pace & Breath Alignment: We work in sync with your nervous system. Deep pressure and dynamic traction are applied on your exhale to help your muscles relax completely.
Targeted Tension Relief: Rather than rushing through a rigid checklist of poses, we dedicate time to where your tissue actually needs it—focusing on hip opening, spinal decompression, and chronic tightness.
Attire: You remain fully clothed in comfortable, stretchable attire (such as loose athletic wear or yoga clothes) to allow full freedom of movement.
Technique: Performed on a soft massage table, using hands, thumbs, palms, forearms, and elbows to apply rhythmic pressure along energy pathways (Sen lines) combined with gentle, assisted stretches.
No Oil Required: Unlike Western oil massages, traditional Thai massage relies on dry compression and leverage, making it ideal if you prefer not to use oils or need to get back to your day immediately after.
Desk Workers & Stiff Hips: Excellent for opening tight flexors, glutes, and lower back tension caused by prolonged sitting.
Flexibility & Joint Mobility: Ideal if you feel "stiff" or restricted in your daily movements and want the benefits of deep yoga-style stretching without doing the work yourself.
Stress & Mental Fatigue: The slow, rhythmic compression induces a meditative state, calming the nervous system while physically opening the body.
Please note:
If you are naturally very stiff: You can absolutely still benefit from Thai massage! We simply adjust the session to be much softer and gentler on your body. If you're unsure, you can always choose a different therapy, but if you select Thai, we will tailor everything to ensure it works comfortably for you.
Medical conditions: If you have acute joint inflammation, hypermobility, or recent spinal injuries, please let us know beforehand so we can adapt the session safely or recommend a more suitable therapy.
Zero Forced Intensity: We operate strictly within your comfortable range of motion. Thai massage should feel like a deep, satisfying opening—never sharp or painful.
Continuous Communication: You remain in control of the depth and stretch intensity at all times, also reading the signals of your body.
Full Body Thai Massage (90 min / €85): Recommended. Provides enough time for a complete head-to-toe compression sequence and extensive passive stretching without feeling rushed.
Deep Mobility Reset (120 min / €110): The ultimate unhurried experience. Allows for deep, repetitive Sen line work, complete joint mobilization, and extended breath-synchronized stretching
